Event Planning
Event Planning services are available separately for when you can do the things yourself but need help making a plan. I'm an experienced event planner with Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) designation from the Project Management Institute who can create a customized easy to follow project plan for your event.
I will work closely with you throughout the planning process to ensure that everything goes smoothly and according to your vision. I make sure you're on track with:

On-site Event Coordinator
As an on-site event manager, my job is to oversee every aspect of your event to ensure it is a success. I work with clients to understand their objectives and preferences for their events, whether they are meetings, conferences, fundraisers, or parties. I follow their event’s project plan and I coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure everything is ready on time. I also ensure schedules are posted for all activities and communicated for staff to follow during events to keep everything on time and flowing smoothly.
On the day of the event, I am on site to supervise the staff, handle any problems that arise, and make sure the client is happy. I oversee servers, kitchen staff, cleaning crews, and other workers who set up, work during, and clean up after the event. I also ensure that the event complies with insurance and health and safety standards. After the event, I close out all the contracts, invoices, and payments with the vendors and suppliers, and I collect feedback from the vendors and staff.
Being an on-site event manager is a challenging but rewarding job. I enjoy meeting new people, creating memorable experiences, and solving problems.
